Paper Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers relevant to the scope of ETECIS 2026. All submissions will be subjected to a rigorous peer-review process. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings and submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore®, subject to IEEE quality and ethical standards.

Manuscript Preparation

Papers must be prepared in English using the standard IEEE conference template in double-column format. The maximum paper length is six (6) pages, including figures, tables, and references. Additional pages may be permitted in accordance with conference policy.

Submission

Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the CMT portal.
Paper Submission

Review and Acceptance

Each submission will be reviewed by the Technical Program Committee based on originality, technical quality, clarity, and relevance. The decision of the review committee is final.

Camera-Ready Paper

Authors of accepted papers must submit a revised camera-ready version incorporating reviewer comments. Final manuscripts must pass the IEEE PDF eXpress validation process.

Registration and Presentation

At least one author must register and present the paper at the conference. Papers not presented will not be included in the conference proceedings and IEEE Xplore.

Copyright and Publication

Authors must complete the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF). Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
