Dr.T.TIRUPALis currently the Head of the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering in G.Pullaiah College of Engineering and Technology, Kurnool. He holdsB.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, M.Tech degree in Communications & Signal Processing from AcharyaNagarjuna University, Guntur and Ph.D in the field of Medical Image Processing from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada, Kakinada. His Research interests are Electronic Devices, Medical Image Fusion, Fuzzy Sets and Optimization Techniques.

Dr.Tirupal has published 37 research papers in SCI and Scopus Free Journals, IIT conferences of both international and national repute. He has one Patent Publication in IPI India. He is acting as a Reviewer for a SCOPUS indexed international journals, ‘Current Signal Transduction Therapy’ and ‘International Journal of Fuzzy Systems’. He is a member of IEEE & IFERP and has 16 years of Experience in Teaching and Research and is currently working as HOD & Associate Professor in the Department of ECE in G.Pullaiah College of Engineering and Technology, Kurnool. He has GATE coaching experience in subjects like Electronic Devices and Analog Circuits.He is currently writing a Text Book on ‘Electronic Devices and Circuits’.
