2007 Establishment of G.Pullaiah College of Engineering and Technology under Sri Sai Krishna Educational Society, offering B. Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Information Technology with an intake of 240.
2009 Starting of PG Course in Master of Business Administration with an intake of 60.
2010 Increase in Intake of B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from 60 to 120.
2011 Starting of PG Course in M.Tech(Digital Electronics and Communication Systems)  with an intake of 18.
 Starting of B.Tech course in Civil Engineering with an intake of 60.
2012 Starting of PG Courses in M.Tech(Computer Science and Engineering) and M.Tech(Electrical Power Systems) each with an intake of 18.
2013 Increase of Intake of B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from 60 to 120

2017 The College has been Accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with “A” Grade
2018 The departments of Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering have been accredited by National Board of Accreditation for a period of Three years
The College has been granted Autonomous Status by UGC, New Delhi
